Join us in Nashville, TN for the 2023 GPI Semi Annual Meeting: 

The cut-off date for making reservations and registering with the GPI office has passed. If you are still looking to attend the meeting, contact the GPI office, ASAP! 

A final meeting notice will be circulated approximately two weeks prior to the Semi Annual Meeting.  It will include an expected attendance list and agendas for various meetings that are scheduled in conjunction with this conference.

GENERAL MEETING INFORMATION
Meetings and Receptions

A Board of Directors/Past President's Luncheon has been scheduled on Sunday, September 17, 2023 at 1:00 p.m. 

A Welcome Reception is scheduled for Monday, September 18, 2023 from 5:30 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. *Please note: From 5:30 p.m. - 6:00 p.m. is designated for first-time attendees and the Board of Directors only.

The Semi Annual Reception and Dinner is scheduled for Tuesday, September 19, 2023 from 6:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. More Details to come! This reception and dinner are open to all 2023 Semi Annual registered GPI meeting attendees, spouses/guests, and potential members. 

A Continental Breakfast Buffet will be available to registered GPI meeting attendees, spouses/guests, and potential members on Monday and Tuesday mornings from 7:00 a.m. until 9:00 a.m.

Badge Information

When completing the registration process, please use your nickname as that will be the information we will use to prepare your badge. We will have a registration desk where each participant can pick up their name badge. 

GPI Confirmation / Cancellation Policy

Confirmation of your registration will be e-mailed to the email address you provide on your completed registration form upon processing of payment. Confirmation upon processing of payment via PayPal will come directly from PayPal. Be sure to register by August 16, 2023.

Refunds must be requested via email at gpistaff@thomasamc.com, or mailed to: GPI, 1300 Sumner Avenue, Cleveland, OH  44115.  (1) Full refunds will be issued for those cancellations received at GPI Headquarters by August 7, 2023. (2) A 50% refund will be issued for cancellations received at GPI Headquarters by August 11, 2023. (3) No refunds for meeting registration will be issued after August 16, 2023. ** If you are unable to attend the Semi Annual Meeting after registering, you may send a substitute in your place. Please provide the substitute’s name so that a proper name badge and materials can be prepared in advance of the conference.

Nashville International Airport (BNA) is located approximately 8 miles; 24 minutes from the hotel.

We are asking that if you have any leads regarding potential members that you think we should recruit, please forward their names, as well as complete contact information to the GPI office,
gpistaff@thomasamc.com so that we can forward them the meeting information as well as GPI membership information.
THE REGISTRATION DEADLINE HAS PASSED. CONTACT THE GPI OFFICE IF YOU ARE INTERESTED IN ATTENDING THE MEETING.
