GPI 2024 Annual Meeting
Join us in St. Pete Beach, FL for the 2024 GPI Annual Meeting:
The cut-off date for making reservations and registering with the GPI office is March 7, 2024.
A final meeting notice will be circulated approximately two weeks prior to the Annual Meeting. It will include an expected attendance list and agendas for various meetings that are scheduled in conjunction with this conference.
Meetings and Receptions
An Executive Committee meeting has been scheduled on Monday, April 8, 2024 at 9:30 a.m.
A Board of Directors/Past President's Luncheon has been scheduled on Monday, April 8, 2024 at 11:45 a.m. followed by the Board of Directors Meeting at 1:15 p.m.
A Welcome Reception is scheduled for Monday, April 8, 2024 from 5:30 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. *Please note: From 5:30 p.m. - 6:00 p.m. is designated for potential members, first-time attendees and the Board of Directors only.
The Annual Joe O'Toole Golf Tournament is scheduled to take place at the Bayou Club Golf in Largo, FL on Tuesday, April 9, 2024 with a shotgun start at 1:30 p.m.
** Preregistration and payment is required! Transportation is included with your golf registration.
A social activity will be available to all registered GPI meeting attendees, spouse/guests, and potential members onsite from 1:30 p.m. - 4:00 p.m. on Wednesday, April 10, 2024. More Details to come!

The Annual Reception and Dinner is scheduled for Wednesday, April 10, 2024 from 6:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m. More Details to come! This reception and dinner will be onsite and are open to all 2024 Annual registered GPI meeting attendees, spouse/guests, and potential members.
A Continental Breakfast Buffet will be available to registered GPI meeting attendees, spouse/guests, and potential members on Tuesday and Wednesday mornings from 7:00 a.m. until 9:00 a.m.
Badge Information
When completing the registration process, please use the name you want to appear on your name badge (i.e.- your nickname). We will have a registration desk where each participant can pick up their name badge.
GPI Confirmation / Cancellation Policy
Confirmation of your registration will be e-mailed to the email address you provide on your completed registration form upon processing of payment. Confirmation upon processing of payment via PayPal will come directly from PayPal. Be sure to register by March 7, 2024.
Refunds must be requested via email at gpistaff@thomasamc.com, or mailed to: GPI, 1300 Sumner Avenue, Cleveland, OH 44115. (1) Full refunds will be issued for those cancellations received at GPI Headquarters by February 26, 2024. (2) A 50% refund will be issued for cancellations received at GPI Headquarters by February 29, 2024. (3) No refunds for meeting registration will be issued after March 7, 2024. ** If you are unable to attend the Semi Annual Meeting after registering, you may send a substitute in your place. Please provide the substitute’s name so that a proper name badge and materials can be prepared in advance of the conference.

Tampa International Airport (TPA) is located approximately 28.4 miles; 30 minutes from the hotel.
St. Petersburg/Clearwater International Airport (PIE) is located approximately 19.5 miles; 25 minutes from the hotel.
