HOTEL INFORMATION
In connection with the upcoming Association meeting, please make your room reservations directly with the reservation hotel link can be accessed here or by calling the Reservations department at 1.800.282.1116 using code: THO424.
Room rates for single or double occupancy are $359 per night. When making reservations, please be sure to indicate that you are attending the GPI Annual meeting and the type of room you would like to have reserved. The hotel may be sold out at the time of the meeting; therefore, it is essential that you make your reservation with the hotel as quickly as possible. Even if you are not sure that you can attend, it would be better to make your reservation now, subject to change later. The hotel will only hold our block of rooms until March 7th, 2024.
Group rates will be available three (3) days prior and three (3) days after the meeting dates, subject to availability.
All reservations must be guaranteed by a valid major credit card, which will be supplied at the time of reservation. The hotel accepts all major credit cards including: American Express, Diners Club, Discover, JCB, MasterCard, and Visa. Once your room confirmation is received, a deposit of one night's room and tax will be taken from the credit card on file. Any guaranteed reservation cancelled 5 days prior to arrival will receive their deposit back in full.
Check in time is 4:00 p.m. on the day of your arrival, and the availability of your room cannot be assured prior to this time. Check-out time on the day of your departure is 11:00 a.m. ** Please note: Housekeeping is no longer daily during your stay. You will need to call when you want to have service or need additional items.
Guest room internet is complimentary.
The following rates apply (rates are subject to change without notice and do not include tax):
Self-Parking Rates: $24 per day/car
Valet Parking Rates: $31 per day/car
A resort fee will apply to all guest rooms per day of $28/room plus applicable taxes of 13%. You can view what that includes on the reservation link or the hotel's website.
Bellman and housekeeping gratuities are at your discretion. We will handle all gratuities in connection with cocktail parties and group meal functions.
